Moser Baer India Ltd. Greater

Our office is right on Railway Road in Dadri. Being in this part of Uttar Pradesh means it is always busy outside. You can hear the trains passing by all day long, which took some getting used to. We have a small team here working for Moser Baer India Ltd. Greater. The building isn't anything special to look at, just a functional space with enough room for our desks and a few filing cabinets. We spend most of our time coordinating shipments and checking on the local distribution. The traffic on Railway Road can be a real nightmare in the mornings, so most of us try to get in early. We don't have a formal dress code or anything like that. People just wear what is comfortable for the weather. It gets very hot in the summer, and we keep the fans going at full speed. There’s a tea stall just down the street where we go when we need a break from the computers. We’ve been here for a while, so we know the other business owners nearby. It’s a very straightforward environment. No one is trying to impress anyone with big words or fancy presentations. We just focus on the tasks at hand and try to stay on top of the schedule. Sometimes the internet acts up, but we just manage. It’s a decent place to work and the people here are good. We just keep things moving along every day so that everything stays on track.
