We set up shop out in Noida Phase II, specifically in Sector 9. It’s a big industrial area, so there is always a lot of movement outside with trucks and delivery bikes. Gautam Budh Nagar is where we do all our daily work. The space we have is more of a workplace than a fancy office. There’s often stuff piled up in the corners, which just shows we are staying busy with our projects. We deal with various creations and designs, so it’s not always a clean-desk situation here. Sometimes the power goes out in the afternoon, but we have a backup that keeps us going for a bit. The workers around here are all pretty friendly. We often see the same faces at the food stalls during the afternoon break. We don't really bother with big meetings; we just shout across the room if we need something. It’s a loud place sometimes with the machines or traffic, but you get used to it after a week. Most of us have been working here for years and we know the layout of Sector 9 like the back of our hands. It's just a regular India private limited company trying to keep things moving. We aren't trying to impress anyone with the building. We just want to get the orders done and head home to our families. Some of the windows are a bit dusty, but we get enough light to see what we are doing.
