In Sector-63, things move pretty fast and our unit at A-151 is no different. It is a big space but it always feels a bit cramped because of the stacks of paper and the large printing machines taking up the floor. When the presses are running, you can hardly hear yourself think. We do a lot of graphic work and printing for different types of clients. Sometimes the deadlines are tight and we stay late to finish up a batch of brochures or packaging materials. The smell of ink is something you just get used to after a week of working here. We have a small office area where the design work happens on the computers, but most of the action is out on the floor. The delivery trucks are always coming and going from the front gate. It is not a very quiet place to work but we like the pace. There are a few tea stalls nearby where we go for breaks when things get a bit too hectic inside. We’ve had some of the same machines for a long time and we know their quirks, like which one needs a bit of a kick to start on a cold morning. It is a straightforward operation where we just try to get the prints out correctly every day without too much fuss. Our manager usually handles the client calls while we focus on the ink and paper.
