Mitsui Consrtruction

You can find us at Rail Vihar, specifically in A Block, room 803, in Alpha 1, Greater Noida. It’s a residential complex, so it doesn’t feel like a traditional office building at all. Mitsui Consrtruction is what we go by. Working out of a place like Rail Vihar means it’s a bit quieter than being on a main road, though you still get the sounds of families and kids playing outside sometimes. We have turned the space into a functional spot for our construction business. There are blueprints rolled up in the corners and samples of materials sitting on the tables. Greater Noida is always growing, so there is plenty of activity happening all around us. We spend a lot of time looking at schedules and talking to site supervisors. The rooms are a bit tight when everyone is in at the same time, but we make it work. We use the kitchen area for making coffee and the occasional lunch. It feels more like a home-turned-office, which makes the long hours a bit more bearable. The elevators in the building are sometimes slow, so we get some exercise on the stairs now and then. It’s a practical way to run things without the overhead of a big commercial tower. We just focus on the building projects and keep the records as straight as we can. It's a busy life but we enjoy the local feel.
