Minda Corporation Ltd

Our unit is located at 2-D in the Noida Udyog Kendra. It’s a busy industrial area, and there is always something going on in the streets outside. Inside Minda Corporation Ltd, we mostly focus on making parts and keeping the machines running right. The floor is usually covered in metal bits and there is a constant hum from the equipment. It isn't the quietest place to work, but we like it that way because it means we are actually producing something. We have a small group of people who have been here for a long time. They know exactly how each machine sounds when it’s working correctly. Lunch breaks happen in the small corner room, and usually, someone brings a newspaper to share. We don't spend much time on fancy decorations or anything like that. The walls could probably use a fresh coat of paint, but we’d rather spend the time fixing a lathe or checking a batch of parts. Sometimes the power goes out in the industrial estate, and we just sit outside for a bit until it comes back on. Dealing with logistics and getting things out the door is what takes up most of our afternoons. It’s straightforward work. We aren't trying to be anything we’re not. We just show up at 2-D Noida Udyog Kendra and do what needs to be done every single day without much fuss or any big speeches about what we do.
