Working out of Sector-18 in Noida means there is always something going on outside our windows. It is a loud and busy area, but once you step into our office, things are a bit more focused. We have a lot of computers and drawing boards set up where we spend most of our hours. The space is filled with blueprints and various samples of wood and stone. We aren't really the type to wear suits or have big formal meetings. Most of the time, we’re just in jeans trying to solve a problem with a design or figuring out a budget. It’s a lot of hard work and sometimes we get a bit stressed when things don't go according to plan on a site. We talk to contractors a lot and try to make sure they understand the drawings we send over. Sometimes we have to go out and check things ourselves, so the office can be empty half the time. We’ve been in this sector for a bit and we like the energy of Noida. It’s convenient for getting materials and meeting people. We don't put much stock in being "premium" or anything like that. We just want to get the job done so the client is happy and we can move on to the next task. It’s a simple way of working. We don't worry much about the corporate side of things, we just focus on the drawings.
