Even though our roots go back to Muscat, we’re working out of 1471, Arun Vihar in Sector 37, Noida. Arun Vihar is a well-known residential area, mostly full of retired army officers, so it’s quite orderly and green compared to other parts of Noida. Our office is set up in one of the houses there. It’s a travel-related business, so we spend a lot of time on the computer looking up flights and bookings. We don't have a big storefront with posters of beaches. Instead, it’s a quiet room with a couple of phones that ring throughout the day. People who know us usually just call or come by the house. It’s a relaxed atmosphere. We don't wear uniforms or follow a strict nine-to-five if there’s work to finish. Sometimes we’re still responding to queries late in the evening because of the time differences. The neighborhood is nice for a walk during lunch, and it’s much quieter than the commercial sectors. We have a lot of regular clients who have been using us for years. We don’t do any big advertising; we just rely on people telling their friends about us. It’s a small, honest operation. We just try to help people get their travel plans sorted without any unnecessary stress. It’s a simple way to run a business, and it suits us just fine. Being here in Noida allows us to stay connected while keeping things low-key.
