Metro Property Laisom Works

Our office for Metro Property Laisom Works is up on the first floor of the shopping mall on Arjun Marg in DLF City Phase 1. Being in O-109 means we’re right in the middle of everything. The mall is always busy, so there is a lot of noise and people moving around outside our door. It’s a convenient spot for meetings because everyone knows where the mall is. We do a lot of the behind-the-scenes work, the kind of stuff that involves a lot of forms and waiting in lines at various government offices. It’s not the most exciting work, but it’s necessary for property things to go right. The office is usually cluttered with folders and stamps. We spend a lot of time on the phone, probably more than we’d like. DLF is a big area, so we’re often driving from one phase to another in the heat. It’s a lot of running around. We don’t have a big staff, just a few people who know how to get things filed correctly. We don’t really do fancy presentations or use high-tech gadgets. We just tell people what needs to be done and then we go try to do it ourselves. Some days are long, especially when the paperwork gets stuck somewhere for no reason. But we’ve been doing this at the mall for a while now. It’s just our daily routine in this part of the city. We take it one day at a time.
