It’s a busy neighborhood and being in Sec 12 means there is always something going on outside our doors. We spend our days focusing on heart health and the technical side of things. The hallways are usually filled with the sound of machines beeping and people talking in low voices. It’s not a quiet place, but it is a focused one. We have a lot of equipment packed into the rooms, sometimes it feels like there isn't enough space for all the files we have to keep. The morning shift usually starts with a bit of a rush, getting everyone settled and checking on the overnight patients. We don't have a lot of time for sitting around. The staff brings their lunch from home and we usually eat in the small breakroom when we get a spare minute. Sec 12 is a good location, even if parking can be a real headache for the visitors.
