Metro Group Of Hospitals

We’re over at XI in Sector 12, Noida. This hospital has been part of the landscape here for a good while. It's a large facility, and there's always something happening, whether it's early morning or late at night. The entrance is usually busy with cars and ambulances pulling up. Inside, the floors are hard and the lighting is bright. We spend our days walking back and forth between the rooms and the stations. It’s not the quietest place to work, but we are used to the noise by now. People come from all over Noida to get seen here. We have a lot of different departments, so you see all kinds of specialists in the hallways. The waiting rooms have those rows of plastic chairs that everyone knows. We try to keep the place as clean as possible, but with so many feet coming through, it’s a constant job. There’s a rhythm to the day, from the shift changes to the delivery of supplies. Some of us have been working here for years and know every corner of the building. It’s a practical place, built for a specific purpose. We don't have much in the way of art on the walls, just the signs and notices people need to read. It’s a big, functional space where we show up every day to do the work that needs doing in Sector 12. Sometimes the elevators are a bit slow, so we end up taking the stairs a lot to save time. It’s just the way things are here in this part of Noida. We keep the machines running and the floors swept, and that's enough for us.
