We have been in Noida for a while now, mostly helping people get where they need to go. Our office is over in Sector 60, Block B. It is nothing fancy, just a desk and some computers where we sort out flights and trains. Sometimes things get busy, especially during holidays when everyone wants to leave at once. We spend a lot of time on the phone with airlines or trying to find a decent hotel that isn't overpriced. It is mostly regular work, checking visas and making sure the names on the tickets are right. We started out small and stayed that way because it is easier to keep track of things. People stop by to pick up their papers or just to ask about prices. We do not have a huge staff, just a few of us who know the routes. Sometimes the internet goes slow and we have to wait for the booking page to load, which can be annoying. We try to be clear about the costs because nobody likes surprises later. If a flight gets canceled, we have to sit there and fix it, which takes time. It is a lot of staring at screens and typing in passport numbers. We have seen Noida change quite a bit from our corner in Sector 60. Mostly we just keep our heads down and get the bookings done so travelers can get on with their trips without too much trouble.
