Merck Specialities Pvt. Ltd. is located over at C-82 in the Hosiery Complex, Phase-II. If you have ever been around this part of the industrial area, you know it is always humming with the sound of trucks and machinery. Our unit is just one of many in the complex, but we have made it our own over the years. We spend our days handling various specialty items that industries around here require. The office is a basic setup with some sturdy tables and a few computers that keep us connected to our suppliers. It gets a little dusty sometimes because of all the activity in the complex, but that is just part of working in an industrial zone. We don't have a big marketing team or anyone to polish up how we look. It is just a group of us who know the business well and show up every day to manage the inventory. Usually, there is a lot of chatter about the logistics of getting crates moved from one side of the city to the other. We take our lunches together in the small break area and talk about everything except work for a few minutes. It is a straightforward life here. We don't try to impress anyone with big words or shiny brochures. We just make sure that when someone asks for a specific specialty product, we can find it in our records and get it moved out the door without too much fuss.
