Mentorzindia

We are based in Noida, which is a place that feels like it is constantly under construction no matter where you look. Mentorzindia is just one of many small teams working out of this city. We do not have a fancy skyscraper or anything like that. We just have a regular office space where we gather every morning. Noida is a big area, but we have settled into our corner of it and made it work for us. The commute can be a bit of a pain with the traffic on the main roads, but once we are inside, it is just us and our work. We do not spend a lot of time thinking about things like corporate identity. We are more concerned with getting through our list of things to do for the day. The office is pretty simple, with some basic furniture and a small area where we eat lunch together. Sometimes we stay late when there is a lot to do, and other days we leave right on time. There is a small tea stall nearby that we visit when we need a break from the computer screens. It is a very normal way of working. We are just people trying to do a good job in a busy city. There is no big mystery to how we operate. We show up, we sit at our desks, and we try to make things happen from our little spot here in Noida. We have been here for a while and it feels like home.
