Our office is in Kavi Nagar, Ghaziabad, at KM-151. If you know Ghaziabad, you know Kavi Nagar is a mix of homes and small businesses. It is a busy area, and there is always something going on outside on the street. The building we are in is practical and sturdy. We do not have any fancy decorations or modern art on the walls. It is mostly just desks, chairs, and shelves full of technical stuff. Being in an industrial-leaning town like this means things move fast. We spend our days dealing with production schedules and talking to people on the factory floor or in other offices. It is a lot of coordination. The air can be a bit dusty sometimes because of all the construction and movement in the city. We have a small pantry where we make tea and eat our lunch together. Usually, we just bring tiffin from home. We do not go out to fancy restaurants for meetings. We just talk over the desk. The staff here has been together for a long time. We know how to work around each other’s habits and moods. It is not a polished corporate environment. There are piles of paper and boxes in the corners. But we know where everything is kept. We just focus on getting the rubber parts sorted and the orders shipped out on time. It is honest work, and we do not try to make it sound like more than it is.
