Marketing Head In Delhi Ncr

This is the office of Ratnesh Sharma, located in the village of Bilaspur in the G.B. Nagar district of Uttar Pradesh. I handle the duties of a marketing head for the Delhi NCR region from right here. It is a bit unusual to be based in a village while working for such a large metropolitan area, but it works for us. The office is simple and sits near the local post office. It is much quieter than being in the middle of Noida or Delhi, which I think helps us stay focused. We have been doing this for several years now. We do not have any fancy corporate culture or high-tech meeting rooms. It is just a desk, a computer, and a lot of phone calls. We spend a good part of our week traveling into the city for meetings, but we always come back here to the village to get the actual planning done. Bilaspur is a nice place where everyone knows each other, and that makes for a very different working environment than what you find in the city. We do not use any complicated marketing terms or try to impress people with big words. We just talk honestly about what needs to be done and then we go out and do it. It is a practical life that balances the rush of the NCR with the calm of our village in U.P.
