Over in Sector 20 of Noida, things stay pretty steady at C 37. We are on the first floor, which is nice because we don't have to wait for the lift most of the time. Manya Education Private Limited has been in this spot for a while now. The street outside is usually lined with bikes and cars, and you can hear the local vendors calling out during the day. Inside, the walls are mostly plain, and we have whiteboards covered in notes that nobody has erased in weeks. It’s a practical space. We’ve got computers lined up along the walls and a few cabins for when things get a bit loud. The water cooler is near the entrance, and it’s probably the most popular spot in the office during the summer months. Working in Uttar Pradesh 201301 means we get a mix of local people and folks coming in from further away. It’s a regular office routine—emails, phone calls, and the occasional meeting in the small room at the back. We don't really do the whole corporate dress code thing unless there’s a big reason for it. Most of us just wear what’s comfortable for a long day at the desk. There’s always a stack of files somewhere that needs sorting, and the printer usually jams at least once a day, but we manage to get things done.
