We are over in Shastri Park, specifically at C-13, Street Number 3. It’s near Burari in Delhi. We act as a wholesale distributor for ITC, so we have a lot of stock coming through our doors every day. The warehouse area is always full of boxes of cigarettes, snacks, and other things. It’s a busy spot. Trucks come in early in the morning and our guys start loading the smaller vans for deliveries. It’s noisy and there’s always someone shouting directions. We’ve been in this street for a while, and the neighbors know us well. The office part is just a small corner with a couple of computers and a place to sit. It’s not very fancy, just practical. We spend a lot of time tracking orders and making sure the inventory matches up. Delhi traffic is a nightmare, so we’re always worrying about whether the drivers will get back on time. We don't have a big mission statement. We just want to make sure the shops get their supplies so they can sell to their customers. It’s hard work, especially in the summer heat, but we’re used to it. The team is small, mostly family and a few local workers. We just keep our heads down and handle the daily grind of distribution. It’s what we know how to do best. There is no magic to it, just keeping everything organized as much as possible so the orders get out.
