Magnetic Marell Motherson Auto System Private Limited is located at Plot No. 196 A in Phase-II, Sector 4. The name is a bit of a mouthful, but we just call it the plant. This area is quite packed with other companies too. Our building is pretty standard for this part of the sector. Every morning there’s a rush of people coming in for the shift. It gets loud once the systems start running. We handle auto systems, so there are lots of small parts and wires everywhere. The lighting is that bright office kind, which can be a bit much after eight hours. We have a small canteen area where most of us eat our lunch. Usually, someone brings a tiffin and we share. Sector 4 has changed a lot over the years, more traffic now than before. It’s a big operation, but once you’ve been here a few months, you know the rhythm of the place. We have meetings sometimes, mostly just about the schedule for the week. The walls are painted a light color that’s starting to peel a bit near the loading dock. It’s not a fancy place, just where we work. We focus on getting the orders out on time. If you walk down the main road in Phase-II, you can’t miss the gate. It’s just another day at the office for us, making sure the auto systems are sorted and ready to go before the sun sets. We stay busy and mostly keep to ourselves.
