Luxtra Lighting Pvt. Ltd (A jv Between Eon Electric & Oms) is located out in Section 83 of Gautam Budh Nagar. Our address is B-88, which is pretty easy to spot once you get into this part of the industrial area. This whole thing is actually a joint venture, so we have a few different backgrounds coming together under one roof. The building itself is a standard industrial block, nothing too crazy to look at from the street. Inside, we spend most of our time coordinating between the different sides of the business. It can get a bit loud around here with all the activity in Sec-83, but that’s just the nature of being in this part of town. We have a mix of people working here, some who have been with Eon for years and others who came from the Oms side. It’s a practical environment where we focus on getting the lighting products ready and making sure the logistics are handled. We don’t have any big corporate slogans hanging on the walls. It’s mostly just desks, some samples, and people trying to keep track of the schedule. The commute can be a bit of a grind depending on where you’re coming from, but we’re all used to it by now. We just show up, do the work that needs doing, and try to stay organized amidst the daily shuffle of a busy lighting company. Most days we just hope the internet stays stable enough to finish the logs and keep things moving.
