Lucent Electronics Pvt. Ltd. is based in G-Block of Sector-63. If you know the area, you know it is mostly factories and workshops. Our place is right in the middle of all that. We deal with electronics, so there are always wires, circuit boards, and soldering irons laying around on the benches. It’s a bit of a technical mess, but we know where every single screw is kept. The air in the workshop usually smells like warm plastic and metal. We have been here in Sector-63 for a long time. It is a good place for a business like ours because everything we need is close by. The staff here are mostly local people who have been with us since the start. We don't have a big human resources department or any fancy titles. Everyone just chips in and does what is needed. Some days we are busy fixing things, and other days we are putting new parts together. The lighting is bright so we can see the small details on the boards. We don't spend money on decorations or pretty signs inside. We just focus on the gear. It’s a steady job and we like the routine of it. When the shutters go down at the end of the day, we feel like we’ve put in a good shift. It’s just a plain, hardworking electronics shop in the G-Block. We keep the kettle going for tea throughout the day to keep our focus sharp and our minds on the task.
