Loans Clinic

Our office is over at B-86 on the first floor in Sector 60. It’s a pretty standard setup for this part of Noida. We’ve got our desks and a few chairs for when people come in to talk about money. Most of our day is spent dealing with banks and filling out forms. It’s the kind of work that requires a lot of patience. People usually come to us because they are stuck with some financial paperwork or need to get a loan sorted out. We don’t have a big reception area or anything. It’s just a working office where we get things done. The first-floor location is handy because you don’t have to wait for the lift most of the time. We see a lot of people from the local businesses around Sector 60. Everyone is usually in a bit of a hurry. We try to keep things simple and explain the steps without using too much bank talk. It’s just about getting the right documents in the right place. Sometimes the phones don't stop ringing all morning. We just take it as it comes. It’s a small team here, so we all end up doing a bit of everything, from answering the door to checking credit scores. It’s honest work and it keeps the lights on. We’ve been in this spot for a bit now and people know the address well.
