Our place is located at A-56 in Sector-64. It’s a standard industrial area, so there are always big trucks moving around and people heading to different units throughout the day. We’ve been in this specific building for a good bit of time now, and we’ve seen the neighborhood change quite a bit. We work on mobile phones and different kinds of electronics here in the back. It gets pretty busy during the middle of the week when shipments are coming in or going out to the shops. The walls are a bit plain and could probably use a fresh coat of paint, but they do the job just fine. We don’t have any of those fancy lounge areas or bean bags you hear about in tech companies. Just some sturdy desks, workbenches, and a lot of wires hanging around. Most of us have been working together for years, so we know how everyone likes their tea or how they organize their tools. It’s a practical environment for practical people. Sometimes the air conditioning struggles a bit in the peak of summer heat, but we manage with a few extra fans. We aren't trying to be anything we’re not. We just show up, handle the assembly and the testing, and make sure things are moving along the line. It’s a lot of manual work and looking at small parts under bright lights. Sometimes the floor gets a bit dusty from all the cardboard boxes, but we sweep up before heading home. It’s just how we do things.
