You can find us over at B-44 in Sector-4. It is a straightforward hardware shop where we keep all the things people usually need for their houses. My brother and I run the place most days. We moved into this spot a few years back because the area was growing and people kept asking for pipes and tools. It’s not the biggest store in the world, but we try to pack a lot into the shelves. Sometimes it takes a minute to find a specific screw or a washer, but we usually know where everything is hidden. The morning starts with opening the shutters and sweeping the front. Sector-4 is a quiet enough area, though it gets a bit lively in the evenings when everyone is coming home from work. We don’t do fancy displays or anything. Most of our customers are just neighbors or plumbers who know exactly what they want. We talk about the weather or local news while we bag up the items. It’s a regular life, really. We keep the books by hand mostly, and we don’t have any big corporate rules. If someone is a few rupees short, we usually just tell them to bring it next time. It’s how things work around here. We just want to keep the shop running and help folks get their repairs done. It’s a decent way to spend the day.
