We've been working out of Niti Khand-I for a while now. Specifically, you can find us at Plot 156, up in Flat 303. It's Indirapuram, so things are usually pretty busy around here. Real estate keeps us on our toes in Ghaziabad. We just handle the day-to-day stuff that comes with property. Sometimes the phones don't stop ringing and other times it's just us caught up in paperwork or meeting folks who want to move into the neighborhood. It isn't a massive office, just a practical space where we get things done. Most of the people around here know us because we've been in this building for some time. We deal with houses and land mostly. It’s a lot of running around Ghaziabad, checking on sites, and making sure the documentation is sitting right. There’s always someone coming by to ask about available spots or how the market is looking this week. We try to keep things straightforward. If you’re walking around Niti Khand-I, you’ve probably passed our building. It’s just a regular flat turned into an office space. We don't have fancy lobbies or anything like that. Just desks, computers, and a lot of maps of the area. We’ve seen Indirapuram change quite a bit since we started. It’s gotten crowded, but that’s just how it is here. We focus on the local area mostly because that's what we know best. It’s a job like any other, just making sure people find the right place to stay or invest their money without too much fuss.
