Jma Manufacturing Pvt. Ltd. is located over at D-187, SECTOR-63, in a part of town that's full of warehouses and small factories, and we fit right in. We do a lot of light manufacturing here. It’s a mix of different tasks depending on what orders we’ve got that week. Sometimes we are assembling parts, and other times we are packing things up for shipment. The building is a standard industrial unit, nothing special to look at. Inside, it’s mostly workspace with a small corner for the office. We've got a few long-term workers who have been with us since we opened. We don't have any big mission statements or anything like that. We just show up in the morning, look at the schedule, and start working. Sector-63 can be a bit of a maze if you aren't used to it, but we like it here. It's close enough to the main roads to get our supplies delivered without too much trouble. We focus on getting the items made correctly so we don't have to deal with returns. It’s a simple way to run things. We keep our costs low and don't waste money on things we don't need. If you walk into the shop, you'll see everyone is busy. We don't have a receptionist, so usually, one of us just wipes our hands and comes to the door if someone knocks. It's just a regular, working-class business doing its thing. Every day is pretty much the same, and we are fine with that.
