We are located at E-79 in Sector 27 of Noida. This is specifically the RMC side of things, so it’s all about the ready-mix concrete. If you know Noida, you know that Sec-27 is a busy spot, and being right in the middle of it helps us stay connected to all the construction going on nearby. The yard is usually full of those big rotating mixer trucks. It’s a loud place most of the time, with the engines running and the concrete being moved around. The office is just a small cabin where we handle the scheduling and the billing. It’s not the kind of place where you’d want to wear a nice suit because you’re likely to get some grey splashes on your clothes eventually. We drink a lot of tea to keep going through the long shifts. The phone rings pretty much constantly with people checking on their orders. We don't have a marketing team or anything like that here. It’s just a bunch of us who know how to mix concrete and get it to the site before it sets. The summer heat in Noida is brutal, and it makes the outdoor work even tougher, but we’ve got some big coolers in the office that help a little. It’s hard work, but it’s honest, and we just get on with it every day without complaining much.
