Our shop is located in Phase 2, at C 40. We work with different types of machinery and industrial equipment. It’s not the kind of place where you’ll find a clean carpet or a waiting lounge. There is oil on the floor sometimes and the sound of metal moving is constant. We spend most of our time looking at parts and making sure the machines are ready for whoever bought them. We get a lot of technical questions, and we try to answer them based on what we see on the shop floor. We aren't salesmen who read from a brochure. We know these machines because we have to move them and set them up. It’s heavy work. Sometimes a part is missing from a shipment and we have to hunt it down or wait for a new one to arrive. That’s just the nature of dealing with big equipment. The Phase 2 area is full of other shops like ours, so it’s a lot of noise and activity all day long. We start early and usually stay until the last truck is loaded. If you come by, you’ll probably find us in the middle of a job. We don’t have much of a front office, just a small space to sign papers. It’s a practical business for people who need tools that actually work.
