Our place is located on the second floor of Sharma Market, right near the metro station in Atta Sector-27. It's a convenient spot because of the trains, though the market itself stays pretty noisy throughout the day. You have to walk up the stairs since we are on the upper level. We’ve been here in this part of Noida for quite some time. The rooms are set up simply with some benches for waiting and a few consultation desks. We keep a lot of small bottles and supplies on the shelves in the back. It’s not a massive hospital like the ones you see in the city center, but we have enough space for what we do. Most of the people who come here live nearby or work in the local shops. We spend a lot of our time just talking to folks and writing down what they need. It’s a bit of a family atmosphere here, honestly. Sometimes the tea guy comes around and we take a quick break between patients. We don't really do big advertisements or anything. People just find us by walking through the market or hearing about us from their neighbors. The light in the afternoon hits the windows nicely. We make sure the floors are swept and everything is tidy before we open the shutters in the morning. It’s just a regular day-to-day operation where we focus on the patients who show up.
