Jayem Manufacturing Co. Noida

We have been at C - 99 in Sector 4 for a long time now. Noida has changed quite a bit since we first opened our doors, but this corner of the sector stays mostly the same. People around here know us for the manufacturing we do. It’s a busy spot with plenty of traffic and noise outside, but we’ve gotten used to that over the years. We mostly just focus on getting through the daily workload. There is a small team of us here, and many have been with us for a long time. We spend our days handling the machines and making sure everything stays on track. Our workshop isn't fancy or modern. It is just a place where we put in the hours and do the work. Most days are about checking the parts and making sure orders are ready to go. The summers here in Uttar Pradesh get really hot, and you can definitely feel it on the shop floor, but we just keep going. We have seen a lot of other businesses come and go in this area, but we are still here doing our thing. It is a regular, practical place where we work hard. If you walk down our lane, you will see the gate and maybe hear the machines. We don't have a big office for meetings because most of the action happens in the back. It is honest work and we like it that way. We just figure things out as we go.
