We are Jaiprakash Associates Ltd., and our place is over in Sector, 12B. It’s a quiet enough area compared to some other parts of the city, which is nice for getting work done without too many distractions. We’ve been at this location for a bit, and it’s become our second home. The office is pretty functional. We don't have a lot of extra space, but we make it work with what we have. Most of the time is spent coordinating different projects and making sure everything is on track. It’s a lot of logistical stuff, honestly. There are always people coming and going, carrying files or talking on their phones. We have a small area where we sit down for lunch together when we have the time. The building isn't new, so it has its quirks, like a door that squeaks or a light that flickers sometimes. But it’s ours. We keep things pretty relaxed in terms of how we act, though we do take the work seriously. It’s not about having a shiny office; it’s about having a place where we can actually sit down and figure things out. People know where to find us in 12B. We usually have the windows open when the weather is decent. It’s just a plain, hardworking environment where we try to stay on top of our daily lists. Nothing fancy, just a solid spot to do business every day. It's how we operate.
