iSOL Corp.

iSOL Corp. is set up at Plot No. B-1 in Sector 60, right near the Tech Mahindra building. Even though we are in a tech-heavy area, our office feels pretty grounded. It’s a space where we spend most of our time staring at screens and trying to figure out technical problems. We aren't a huge firm with thousands of people; we are a smaller group that focuses on our specific projects. The building is simple, and we’ve made the inside comfortable enough for the long hours we sometimes put in. Being near the big tech parks means there are plenty of places to grab lunch, which is a plus. We don’t spend a lot of time on fancy decorations or trying to impress people with corporate talk. Usually, the office is just filled with the sound of typing and people talking over desks about how to fix a bug or finish a task. It’s a practical environment. We have our fair share of stress when deadlines get close, but we also have times when we just sit around and chat about random things. We just try to keep the software running and make sure we’re doing right by the people we work for. It’s just a bunch of people who happen to be good with technology working out of a plot in Sector 60. We don't overthink things, we just try to get the code to work right.
