Investors Clinic

Investors Clinic is over in the Taptshya Building in Sector 126. It is one of those tall buildings you see when you are driving through this part of the city. Our space is just a regular office setup. We have desks for everyone and a small area where people can wait if we are busy. We deal with real estate stuff, mostly helping people find what they need in the area. Sector 126 is growing fast, so there is always something new to talk about. We aren't a big corporate machine. We are just a group of people who know the local market. The office gets a bit messy sometimes with all the brochures and floor plans lying around. We try to keep it tidy, but work comes first. Most of us have been working in this field for years. We don't use a lot of big words or try to impress anyone. We just give honest answers. The building itself is easy to find. There's usually a bit of traffic around here during rush hour, so we plan our day around that. We spend a lot of time looking at maps and talking to builders. It’s a lot of coordination. We like the area because it’s where all the action is right now. It is a straightforward place to work and we just get on with it. There isn't much more to it than that.
