Intercon Buildtech

Over at 197 on the Sector 12 Main Road, that’s where you’ll find our office. Intercon Buildtech has been around for a while now. We mostly handle small construction projects and renovations around this part of town. It’s a lot of dust and noise, but that’s the building trade for you. We don't have a giant fleet of trucks. Usually, it’s just a couple of us and some local laborers we’ve known for years. We do a lot of brickwork and some of the interior stuff too. The office is usually covered in blueprints and samples of tiles that customers have picked out. Sometimes we get behind schedule because the rain won't stop or the cement delivery is late. We just tell people the truth about it. There’s no point in making up excuses. Building things is hard work and it takes time to get the walls straight and the floors level. We started this because we liked working with our hands. It’s satisfying to see a house go from a shell to something someone can actually live in. We don't do any big advertising. Most people just see our signs at a job site or hear about us from their neighbors. It’s a small operation and we plan to keep it that way. We just want to do decent work and move on to the next one. There is always a lot of cleaning up to do at the end of a job.
