We set up Integral Engineering Consultancy Service Pvt. Ltd out here in Greater Noida, specifically in the Delta-1 area of Gautam Buddha Nagar. It’s a decent spot to work, though the roads can get a bit dusty when there’s construction going on nearby. Our office at D-53 is where most of the work happens. It’s mostly just a bunch of engineers and consultants sitting around trying to solve problems for various projects. We don’t have those fancy open-plan offices you see in magazines; it’s more about desks pushed together and lots of blueprints lying around the place. Being in UP means we deal with a lot of local stuff, but we also look at projects further out when needed. We don’t really go for big advertisements or flashy slogans because that’s not really our style. We’d rather just get the technical specs right and move on to the next task. The office is usually pretty busy, especially on Monday mornings when everyone is trying to figure out the week's schedule. There’s a lot of talk about regulations and structural requirements, which can get pretty dry, but it’s the job. We aren’t some high-tech startup with bean bags and arcade games. We’re just regular people doing engineering work, making sure things are safe and built the way they should be. It’s honest work, and we’ve been doing it from this same spot for a long time.
