We are located out in the NSEZ, specifically in Phase-2 at Plot 60 and 61. It’s a bit of a drive out to Dadri Road, but being in the Gautam Buddha Nagar district gives us the space we need. At Inlays India, we focus on the manufacturing side of things. It’s a lot of machines and people in Block G working together. The area is quite industrial, so there’s always something going on nearby. We’ve been here for a while, seeing the zone grow and change. Our day-to-day is mostly about keeping the production line moving and checking that everything meets the requirements. We don’t have a flashy office; it’s more of a factory feel, which suits us just fine. We aren't big on corporate meetings or long speeches. We’d rather be on the floor seeing how the work is progressing. It gets noisy with all the equipment running, but that’s the sound of work getting done. We have a solid crew of people from the surrounding areas who have been with us for years. We just try to keep things running smoothly without any unnecessary drama. It’s a practical business, and we treat it that way. We aren't trying to change the world; we’re just making quality inlays for our clients. Sometimes we have lunch together in the break room and talk about everything but work. It keeps the atmosphere friendly. We stay until the last shipment is ready to go out.
