You can find us at 15 Erabalu Chetty Street. This part of the city is always packed with people and shops. It is one of those old streets where everyone is buying and selling something. Our shop, Industrial Equipments & Spares, is full of all kinds of mechanical parts. If you walked in, you would see shelves going all the way to the ceiling. It is a bit dusty and there is not much room to move around, but we know where everything is. We have been on this street for a long time. It is a busy environment with trucks trying to get through the narrow lanes and people shouting. We don't have a fancy showroom. It is just a place where we keep the stock and help people find the spares they need for their machinery. Sometimes someone comes in with a broken part and we have to dig through the back to find a match. It is practical, hands-on work. We don't use any complicated business speak. We just talk about parts and prices. Most of our customers are regulars who have been coming to us for years. We stay open late sometimes if there is a lot of loading to do. It is just a traditional shop in a very old part of town. We like the hustle and bustle of Erabalu Chetty Street and being part of the trade here.
