Our factory is located at Plot No C-6 in Sector 63. It’s quite close to the Noida Electronic City Metro Station, which makes it easy for the staff to get here. We are an industrial outfit, so there is always some kind of noise coming from the floor. We do manufacturing work. It involves a lot of machines, metal, and heavy lifting. The floor is concrete and usually has some scuff marks from the forklifts. We aren't into the whole corporate lifestyle. We wear uniforms and get our hands dirty. The office part is just a few desks near the front entrance where we handle the orders and the phone calls. Sector 63 is full of buildings just like ours. It’s a busy hub. Sometimes the power fluctuates, which is a real headache for the machines. We just work through it. We’ve been at this plot for a good number of years. We don't spend money on fancy decorations or lobbies. The money goes into the equipment and making sure the products are solid. It’s a practical environment. We have our tea breaks out by the gate in the shade. Most of the people working here have been with us for a long time. We just do the work, load the trucks, and start again the next day. It’s straightforward industrial life in Noida. We don't see any reason to change the way we do things.
