You can find us at A-65 in Sector 33, Noida. We are known as India'S No.2 Real Estate/ Const. Co., but that title doesn't really change how we work day to day. Our office is a busy place where the phone never stops ringing. There’s always someone coming in with a permit or a bill that needs signing. Sector 33 is a well-known area in Noida, so it’s easy for our contractors to find us. The office is full of the smell of blueprint ink and old files. We don't have a big marketing department or anyone to make us look more important than we are. We just focus on getting the buildings up and making sure the concrete is poured right. Sometimes the weather in Noida makes work difficult, especially during the monsoon or the peak of summer, but we stay on site as much as we can. We have a small kitchen where we make tea for everyone who drops by. It’s a practical environment. We don't go in for fancy glass partitions or expensive carpets. Most of the desks are covered in dust from the construction sites we visit. We’ve been doing this for years, and we’ve seen Noida grow from almost nothing. We just want to keep doing our work without making a big scene about it. It’s about the buildings and the real work, not the awards.
