This is the Yamaha facility out on the Noida-Dadri Road in Surajpur. It is a big site at A-3 in the industrial area of Gautam Budh Nagar. If you drive past, you cannot really miss it because of the scale of the place. We have a lot of people working here, from the folks on the assembly lines to the ones in the offices. It is a massive operation where we put together bikes and scooters. There is a lot of movement every day with parts coming in and finished vehicles being loaded onto trucks to go all over the country. The air usually smells a bit like metal and rubber. Even though it is a big international name, the daily life here feels very local to Uttar Pradesh. Most of the staff lives in the surrounding towns. We have a canteen where everyone grabs food and talks about their weekend or the latest cricket match. It is a busy environment, and there is always a sense of a deadline because the production schedule is tight. We do not really do much "About Us" stuff because people already know the brand, but here at the Surajpur plant, we are just focused on making sure the machines are put together right. It takes a lot of coordination to keep a place this big running smoothly, and we just do our part every shift to keep the line moving.
