India Glass Aluminium Works

We are over here on Sector 49 Main Road in Barola 4. It’s been quite a while since India Glass Aluminium Works started up in this spot. The shop is usually pretty busy with pieces of glass leaning against the walls and aluminum frames stacked up in the corner. Most days you’ll find us measuring things out or cutting glass to size for whatever project came in that morning. It’s not a fancy place, just a workspace where we get things done. We deal with windows, partitions, and all that kind of stuff people need for their houses or small shops nearby. Sometimes the traffic outside gets really loud but we just keep working. We’ve got the regular tools, some saws and cutters, and there is usually a lot of dust from the metal shavings. It’s hard work on the hands but it’s what we know how to do. If someone needs a mirror replaced or a window frame fixed they usually just stop by and talk to us. We don’t have a big office or anything like that, just the main floor where the work happens. People from the neighborhood know where to find us. We try to keep things simple and just focus on the job at hand. The heat in the summer makes the metal parts hot to touch but we manage. We aren't doing anything revolutionary, just putting together frames and glass like we always have. It is just us here every day and we plan to stay.
