Our office is tucked away at S - 404 in Shivalik Nagar. It’s a standard spot in Haridwar, and we’ve been operating from here for a good while. Dealing with life insurance isn't always the most exciting thing, but it’s what we do every day. We aren't some big corporate headquarters with shiny glass walls. It’s just a regular room with desks, computers, and a lot of files stacked up. People from around Haridwar and other parts of Uttaranchal come in to talk about their policies or ask questions about paperwork they received in the mail. We try to explain things in a way that makes sense, without using all that confusing industry jargon. Sometimes the office gets a bit hot in the summer, and the tea guy comes by once or twice a day. We’re just a small team of regular people working here for Icici Prudential Life Insurance Company. We don’t have a big marketing budget or anyone to write polished speeches for us. It’s about getting the documents signed and making sure the records are right. If the phone rings, one of us picks it up. It’s steady, quiet work for the most part. We know the neighbors and the local shops nearby. It’s just our little corner of the world where we handle the insurance side of things. We don't try to be anything more than a local office helping people out with their basic needs.
