Ici Electronics

Ici Electronics is located at C-80, Sector- 63, right in the middle of the Electronic City area of Noida. It’s a busy block with lots of other companies around, so there’s always a lot of movement in the streets. Our space is spread across a couple of floors, with the assembly and testing happening downstairs and the administrative stuff happening up top. It’s full of wires, soldering irons, and green circuit boards sitting in bins. We aren't a high-gloss tech startup; we’re more of a practical workshop where people actually use their hands. The stairs are a bit narrow, and we’re always warning people to watch their step when they’re carrying boxes. We’ve got a few big windows that look out onto the street, but mostly we’re focused on what’s on the benches. The team is a mix of older guys who have been doing this for decades and some younger ones who are still learning the ropes. We drink a lot of chai throughout the day to keep the energy up, especially during the long afternoon stretch. The lighting is bright fluorescent because you need to see the tiny parts, but it can be a bit draining after eight hours. We don't have any fancy slogans on the walls, just some old calendars and a few diagrams of the components we work with. It’s a basic, honest place where we just try to get the orders filled correctly.
