Icfai

We are based in Noida, specifically in Sector 34 at the Udayagiri Apartments. Our unit is 87C in Block B-10. Working out of an apartment complex like this gives things a different feel than a standard office park. It is a bit quieter once you get inside the gates, though the Noida traffic is always waiting just outside. Icfai has this spot set up for the daily grind. We have our computers and desks arranged in a way that makes sense for us, even if it might look a bit cluttered to an outsider. There is always a pot of tea going somewhere and someone is usually on the phone. We do not have a big lobby or a security desk just for us, since it is a residential block. It makes the workday feel a bit more relaxed and less like a corporate machine. We spend the hours going through our tasks and talking to people who need our help. The light in the rooms is okay during the afternoon, and we try to keep things moving along steadily. It is a simple setup without any unnecessary frills. We like being in Sector 34 because it is easy to get to, and most of us are used to the layout of the blocks by now. It is just where we happen to do our work, and it serves us well enough for what we need to accomplish.
