I. I. C. M. Group

The I. I. C. M. Group is located at D-41 Sector-59, right near the Minda building. If you are familiar with the industrial side of Noida, you know exactly where this is. It is a lot of concrete and wide roads that get very hot in the middle of the day. Our building is a simple one. We have some classrooms and office spaces where we handle our daily business. Usually, there is a bit of a buzz in the hallways with people moving between rooms. We don't have any of those fancy lounge areas or free snacks you hear about in some offices. We just have a water cooler and a small canteen nearby. Most of the staff has been here for years so we all know each other’s families and stories. We spend a lot of time on training and organizing different programs. It involves a lot of scheduling and making sure the projectors actually work when they are supposed to. Sometimes the internet acts up and we all have to wait around, which gives us a chance to catch up. It is a very practical place. We focus on getting things done rather than how the office looks to outsiders. It is just a regular group of people working hard in the heart of Sector-59. We try to keep the atmosphere relaxed even when we have a lot of paperwork.
