Hlm Homepathic Medical College And Hospital is part of the DJ Jyoti Group of Institution. We are located out on Niwari Road in Niwarin. It’s a fairly large place because we have both the college and the hospital side of things to look after. You’ll often see students walking around with their thick books, looking a bit tired during the exam season. The hospital part stays busy with people coming in for homeopathic treatments. It’s a different vibe than a regular hospital. Things move at a slightly slower pace here. The hallways are long and sometimes the ceiling fans squeak quite a bit when they're turned on high. We’ve got classrooms where the instructors talk for hours and clinics where the actual learning happens. The grounds around the building are okay, though the grass gets a bit long during the monsoon months. People travel from all over the Niwari area to get here. We spend a lot of time organizing schedules for the labs and the patient wards. It’s a lot of work keeping everything running every day. The staff room is usually full of half-empty chai cups and old newspapers. We aren't trying to be some high-tech, fancy facility. We’re just a school and a clinic tucked away on the road, doing our best to teach the next group of practitioners while looking after the folks who walk through our doors every morning and afternoon.
