Our office is situated in Bhilwara Towers, specifically at A-12 in Sector 1. If you know Noida, you know this area is pretty established and has been around for quite some time. We occupy a space in this building where we handle the administrative side of things for the company. It’s a tall building and we’ve been here for a long while now. The routine is usually the same every morning, getting through the security at the gate and heading up to start the day. We deal with a lot of heavy industry stuff, specifically things involving graphite and electrodes, though most of that happens at the plants elsewhere. Here in the towers, it’s mostly computers, meetings, and phone calls. The parking around Sector 1 can be a bit of a scramble if you don't get here at the right time. We have a lot of people who have been with the company for decades, so it’s a familiar crowd. It’s not a flashy office with bean bags or anything, just desks, filing cabinets, and people doing their jobs. We keep the air conditioning running high because the summers here get incredibly hot. It’s a solid place to work, and being in a central spot like Sector 1 makes it easier for everyone to get to. We just go about our business and keep the operations moving along as best we can every single day.
