We are located at B-31 Phase-2 and it's a pretty standard setup here. The building isn't much to look at from the outside, but it gets the job done for what we do. Inside, it's mostly rows of benches and people working under the lights. Working in Phase-2 means there is always something going on nearby, plenty of noise and trucks moving around. We mostly keep to ourselves and focus on the day-to-day tasks. Most of us have been here for a few years so we know the routine by heart now. It’s not the quietest place to spend your day but you get used to it after a week or two. Sometimes the power cuts out and we have to wait a bit, but that's just part of being in this area. We handle a lot of different components and sometimes it feels like the work never ends. Lunch is usually spent talking about the cricket or what's happening in the news. It's a decent place to work and we try to keep things organized even when it gets hectic. We don't have any big speeches to give about what we do. We just come in, do the work, and go home to our families. It’s a simple living and we are okay with that. The boss is alright and the coffee machine works most of the time, so we can't complain too much. It’s just another factory floor in a busy industrial phase where everyone is just trying to earn their way.
