Green Chick Chop

Green Chick Chop is located in the Alfa Commercial Belt 1 in Greater Noida. We are in units 1 and 2, right where all the shops and offices are. It’s a busy area, especially in the evenings when people are coming home from work and looking for something to cook for dinner. Our shop is mostly focused on meat, so we have a lot of big refrigerators and glass displays. We spend a lot of our time preparing different cuts of chicken and mutton. It’s a clean place, but it’s definitely a butcher shop, so there’s the sound of knives and the smell of fresh meat. We have a small team behind the counter who are pretty quick with their hands. We don’t have a big corporate office or anything like that; the owners are usually right here in the shop helping out or checking the inventory. We get our deliveries daily because we don't like keeping stuff around for too long. Sometimes the shop gets really crowded and people have to wait on the sidewalk, but they don't seem to mind too much. We try to keep things straightforward and don't use a lot of fancy words to describe what we sell. It’s just fresh food for the local community. We’ve been here for a while now and we’ve seen the area grow up around us, but we stay the same.
