Geisha Designs Private Limited

Our studio is over at F-22 in Sector 6, Noida. It is a very busy area with a lot of other businesses nearby, so there is always a lot of energy on the street. We do all our design work here. We mostly focus on clothes and how they are put together. The workspace is usually a bit of a mess with rolls of different fabrics and piles of thread everywhere you look. We have our tailors and the design people working in the same big room. It can get pretty loud and a bit chaotic when we are trying to finish a new project on time. You will see sketches pinned to every available wall space and measuring tapes draped over chairs. We don't have a fancy front room for guests. Instead, it is all about the sound of the sewing machines and people talking about sleeve lengths. We spend a lot of time looking at how different materials feel and if the colors are matching up right. It is hard work and it can be quite tiring for everyone by the end of the week. We have been in Sector 6 for quite some time and we know the local chai wallah very well. He brings us tea twice a day. We don't use big fancy words for what we do. We just make clothes that we hope people like wearing. It is a very hands-on process every day.
