You’ll find us over at B-123 and 124 in Sector-63. Anest Iwata Motherson Pvt. Ltd. has been operating out of these two units for quite some time now. Sector-63 is a big industrial area, so there’s always trucks and people moving around outside. We focus on our manufacturing and assembly work inside. It’s a large space, but we use every bit of it for our machines and parts. We aren't into making the office look like a showroom. It’s a working facility where things get made and shipped. We’ve got a lot of different sections for different parts of the process. Some days it’s really loud with the machinery running, but that’s just how it is here. The staff mostly keeps to their tasks, making sure everything is put together right. We don’t spend much time on fancy presentations or corporate talk. We just look at the production schedule and try to stay on track. If you come by, you’ll see people in work clothes getting things done. It’s a straightforward environment. We’ve been in this sector for years and we know the layout well. It’s a solid place to work, even if it’s a bit gritty sometimes. We just keep our focus on the equipment and the daily output that needs to go out to the customers.
